15 youth and 10 widows have been empowered for self-reliance and economic independent on soap making, production and marketing. In additional, they were supported with equipment capital and materials as a starter to establish enterprises.  As the result both youth and women (widows) have managed to open up their small enterprises of soap making as well as product in the market. By so doing their income has improved, of which they manage to meet the basic necessities (cloths, health, food, shelters) in household level.
